Please read this document carefully before registering or using any services offered by the 1190 platform. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any services provided by 1190, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the operator of the 1190 platform. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account only on the 1190 platform. Any attempt to create multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating the bonus system, circumventing restrictions, or any other dishonest purpose will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the freezing of any affected balances. During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, an active phone number, and a reachable email address.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 1190 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login information. User Responsibilities

  • Not using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Not attempting to hack, modify, or interfere with the 1190 platform's systems.
  • Not using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
  • Not sharing your account with any other individual or allowing third parties to access your account.
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia while using this platform.

Payments, Deposits & Financial Transactions

Currency and Payment Methods

All transactions on the 1190 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including FPX (online bank transfer) and supported e-wallets. The list of available payment methods may vary from time to time and can be reviewed in the deposit section of your account.

Deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the chosen payment method. All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. 1190 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any deposit deemed suspicious or unusual.

Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same verified user's name. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and the account's verification status. 1190 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests where suspicious activity is detected, account verification is incomplete, or bonus requirements have not been met. Any taxes or charges relating to financial transactions are solely the user's responsibility in accordance with applicable Malaysian tax law.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 1190 are subject to the wagering requirements and validity periods stated separately for each offer. Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account termination.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1190.

The 1190 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for the convenience of users. 1190 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to the terms of those respective third parties.

Suspension, Account Closure & Amendments to Terms

Account Suspension and Closure

1190 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of:

  • Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
  • Confirmation or indication that a user is under 18 years of age.
  • Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other suspected illegal activity.
  • Attempting to abuse the bonus system or manipulate game outcomes.
  • Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance in that account may be frozen pending investigation. If no violation is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the user through an appropriate method.

Account Closure at User's Request

Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
